Title:  Product Coordinator - Pharmaceutical Ingredients

You will be responsible for supporting the Group Product Manager for sales interface administration between suppliers, operations, and customer service. Act as a link between sales and operations, when necessary.

What you’ll do

• Assist in the evaluation of new business opportunities that need an interface between operations and regulations.
• Review/support pricing for new product and service opportunities and determine business potential.
• Negotiate prices for the product portfolio striving to give the best results to the local sales teams.
• Work with suppliers to contribute to the budget of the portfolio.
• Identifies poor-performing product families; drives activity to work on lower prices with the product unit.
• Assess logistical network to improve netbacks for specific customer moves.
• Deliver consistent growth opportunities through the analysis of our pricing tool ‘Q’ and Salesforce data.
• Gathering, logging, and presenting information regarding our strategic supplier’s product offerings.
• Influencing results, gross profit, and growth across EMEA.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Marketing Chemical Sciences) or equivalent experience.
• Broad knowledge of chemical distribution – sales, marketing, financial, and procurement.
• Experience in data interpretation, developing reports and report generation.
• Substantial and multifaceted field experience is necessary.
• Proven communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and/or Tableau is nice to have.
• Strong PC skills including Excel, Outlook, CRM, Information Warehouse, etc.
• You are proficient in English language skills. Additional European language skills are a plus.
