The Role
In this role, you will be focused on actively hunting for new business while also supporting and growing existing accounts.
You’ll work in hybrid role and based in our Zwijndrecht office and be responsible for:
- Identifying new prospects and turning them into long-term customers.
- Developing our customer portfolio in the Netherlands across different industries.
- Creating a great buying experience for customers – from first contact to delivery.
- Driving sales activity and achieving clear targets in both revenue and customer engagement.
Who Are You?
We’re not looking for 10 years of sales experience – we’re looking for someone with energy, ambition, and the drive to succeed in sales. If you already have some commercial experience (in sales, customer service, or another customer-facing role), that’s great – but what really matters is your motivation to learn and grow.
You are:
- Hungry to win new business and grow accounts.
- Curious, disciplined, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable setting goals and working hard to achieve them.
- A strong communicator in Dutch and confident in English.
