About the role:

After a thorough onboarding, you’ll become the go-to person for your own portfolio of international customers. You’ll oversee every step of their logistics journey — from order to delivery — and act as the central link between our commercial, production, and supply chain teams. You’ll report directly to the E&IT Manager and work alongside a diverse, supportive team that values initiative, problem-solving, and a good laugh along the way.

What you’ll do:

🔹 Own the order process (A to Z)
You’ll manage orders from start to finish — coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and making sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll be the single point of contact for your customers, ensuring they always know what’s happening and feel taken care of.

🔹 Keep everyone connected
You’ll be in constant touch with internal teams (commercial, supply chain, production) as well as external partners (freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customers). You’re the glue that holds it all together.

🔹 Deliver results across borders
You’ll coordinate international orders and aim for seamless delivery — solving challenges on the fly when global shipping throws you a curveball.

 Your key responsibilities:
• Order Management: Turn deals into deliveries by coordinating with credit management, product management, logistics partners, customs teams, and production plants.
• Customer Service: Build and maintain great relationships with clients globally . You’ll also support sales and account managers as they grow new opportunities.
• Operations: Plan logistics and freight options, manage export documentation (Bill of Lading, shipping instructions, etc.), and make sure everything complies with international trade standards.

Who you are:
• You’re a natural organizer and communicator who loves keeping things running smoothly — even when things get hectic.
• You’re eager to grow in a coordinating role within international trade and help build a high quality  back office.
• You have a commercial mindset, a sense of initiative, and enjoy teamwork.
• You’re fluent in English and French; Dutch is a plus. Bonus points if you also speak Spanish or Portuguese.

•You have a good dose of common sense and reasoning on a bachelor level. A degree in logistics, economics, trade, languages, is a plus.

• You think logically, stay flexible, and enjoy discovering new things

• Experience in export or logistics is great — but if you’re a quick-learning graduate with enthusiasm, we’d love to hear from you.
• You know your way around Incoterms, trade documentation, and Microsoft Office. ERP knowledge (like SAP) is a plus.
