About the position:
In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our Sales team by managing and analyzing data, maintaining Salesforce.com and Tableau dashboards, and ensuring smooth communication between Sales and other departments. You’ll assist in strategy development, lead list management, and training initiatives, while also helping to organize internal and external events. Your ability to multitask, problem-solve, and communicate effectively will be essential to driving adoption of tools and processes that support our sales operations.

What you’ll do:
- Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews for leadership
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and sales performance
- Collaborate with sales leadership to support territory planning, forecasting, and goal setting
- Maintain and enhance reporting tools and dashboards using Excel, or similar platforms
- Support CRM data integrity and reporting enhancements( e.g., Salesforce, Tableau)
- Develop training plans, materials, and documentation for salesforce.com users; keep materials up-to-date, and coordinate new user and ongoing training sessions
- Support the monitoring and response to adoption rates as needed (additional training sessions, communication, modifications, or other resources) to increase user use
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership
- Post announcements on various communication platforms and maintain the Documents Library
- Assist in the organization of company events, such as meetings (internal & external) and social events
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of relevant work experience in a Sales Process Support role is required
- 2-3 years of hands-on Salesforce.com experience is considered an asset
- Must have excellent presentation skills and be able to demonstrate strong communication skills
- Must be able to perform training for small groups of end-users
- Must have strong computer skills using Microsoft office suite including Outlook, Excel and Word as well as having a strong understanding of database concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze, prioritize, and multitask
- Must possess a drive for continuous improvement and optimization of results
- Must have strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
