Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enhance the relationship with existing key accounts and new clients.
  • Responsible for sales growth and sales development efforts in strategy products in the segments of homecare industry.
  • Develop business and competitive intelligence in applications, market trends, potential customers and competition.
  • Implement business strategies to maximize profitable sales, develop and manage strategy business for effective value selling.
  • Responsible for strategic accounts planning, managing and taking initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Review monthly sales forecast, sales pipeline and focus sales activities on achievement of AOP.

 

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Major in chemistry, Fine Chemicals is preferred.
  2. 5+ years with rich sales development experience and good market/products application knowledge in homecare industry.
  3. Prefer to have rich experience in Homecare and Industry Cleaning industry
  4. Working experience in MNCs and familiar with working processes, culture and global organization working environment is preferred.
  5. Working experience in multi-national chemical company is preferred.
  6. Strong business acumen, action and results orientation.
  7. Displays effective interpersonal and communication skills (internal/external)
  8. Problem-solving and negotiation
  9. Self-motivative and creative 
  10. Team player spirit and capability to deliver results under pressure.
