Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients in the region
Gather and analyze business and competitive intelligence regarding application areas, market trends, potential clients, and competitors
Implement business strategies to maximize profits, develop and manage strategic business initiatives, and drive high-value sales
Be responsible for strategic client planning and management, and proactively enhance customer satisfaction
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
Review monthly sales forecasts and the sales pipeline, and focus sales activities on achieving forecast targets and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
Complete other tasks assigned by management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry; candidates with a major in Fine Chemicals are preferred.
3–5 years of extensive experience in product development and sales, with strong knowledge of the market and product applications in a specific chemical sector.
Experience working at a multinational corporation; candidates familiar with multinational corporate operations, corporate culture, and a global work environment are preferred.
Sharp business acumen with a focus on action and results.
Strong learning ability and a desire to advance personally and professionally by contributing to the company’s strategic development.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
