6am–2pm or 10am–6pm
Monday to Friday
Please note: for the first 4-6 weeks, you will be training at our site in Tamworth. Transport will be provided from our Coventry site (CV10 7JS)
Duties
We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic Coventry team! This full time role covers 37.5 hours per week across two fixed shifts: 6am–2pm or 10am–6pm.
Working closely with our Warehouse Manager, you’ll play a key part in keeping our operation running smoothly, by taking ownership of tasks such as picking, packing, receiving goods, dispatching orders, and stock taking. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy being part of a supportive, hands on team.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Checking and booking in deliveries with accuracy and attention to detail
- Receiving, storing, and processing goods through SAP, ensuring all actions meet agreed service levels
- Picking customer orders precisely, following all warehouse guidelines
- Preparing and dispatching shipments using approved third party couriers
- Supporting a range of warehouse tasks, showing flexibility and a positive, can do attitude
- Completing regular stock counts to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Ensuring all documentation is completed correctly and on time
- Following company policies, procedures, and legal requirements at all times
- Actively contributing to health & safety, environmental standards, and training, helping maintain a safe and compliant workplace
We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and independently when required. Experience with SAP warehouse management systems and scanning technology would be a great advantage. A Counterbalance FLT licence is essential, and a Bendi licence would be highly beneficial. We’re also looking for a true team player - someone who works well with colleagues, supports shared goals, and contributes to a positive and productive working environment.
