We are looking for a Pricing Specialist to join our team and support the Ingredients & Specialties business in Central America (Mexico, Costa Rica and Guatemala).

The primary responsibility will be to ensure the correct execution of the pricing strategy defined by the Product area and Sales leaders in the Mexico and Central America region.

You will be responsible for pricing, monitoring results, identifying deviations, and support sales teams to capture margin growth opportunities, ensuring focus, prioritization, and financial impact.

What you’ll do

• Drive pricing governance and strategy execution, proactively identifying deviations, risks, and opportunities for optimization while recommending corrective actions by ensuring strong alignment between the company’s pricing strategy and commercial practices.
• Analyze market and data trends to provide the best pricing guidance to fulfill customer protocols.
• Partner closely with in-house teams such as sales, product and finance to troubleshoot and resolve pricing issues.
• Analyze and track key pricing performance metrics, including discounts, margins, profitability, and price realization across customers, products, and market segments.
• Guide customer requirement and commercialization process across all pricing touch-points initiatives including new product launches.
• Provide leadership, within the commercial leadership team on the pricing strategy to deliver margin enhancing growth.
• Serve as a partner to the Sales team and facilitate data-driven discussions, prioritizing high-impact pricing and margin opportunities to improve business results.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration preferred) or equivalent experience.
• +2 years of experience in the areas of Pricing, Financial Analysis, Business Analysis, Finance, Accounting, Accounts Receivable or Billing.
• General knowledge of margin and profitability analysis, scenario simulations and financial analysis.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building collaborative relationships.
• Full English Proficiency
• Advanced Excel skills.

Where you’ll work

This is a hybrid opportunity. You will work 3 days of the week from the office and 2 days from home. Office location: Colonia Del Valle Norte, CDMX
