Transport & Logistics Planner – Temporary 

Univar Solutions is one of the leading distributors of chemicals and ingredients in the Nordic region. We are now looking for a driven Transport & Logistics Planner to join our logistics department, located at our head office in central Malmö with excellent commuting options. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow and will be seen as a key link in our logistics chain from day one.

This is a temporary position from June – September 2026. Exact dates can be discussed.   There could be a possibility for extension. You will work at our office in Malmö and report to Transport Manager Nordics. You will work in a team of 8 colleges.

About the job
This is a full-time temporary position from June 2026 -September 2026, perfect for someone in the final stages of their university or vocational studies in logistics. Alternatively, you may already have solid experience in the industry and are ready for a new challenge.

As a Transport & Logistics Planner, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivery planning
• Booking and coordinating import & export shipments
• Monitoring domestic and international transport
• Working proactively to act early in the logistics chain
• Administering transport invoices, claims, and price inquiries

Your background
We believe you have studied at university or an equivalent educational institution. Experience in logistics, transport, or freight forwarding is a plus. We value diverse skills and backgrounds within the team. So even if you don’t have a traditional logistics background but feel passionate about this field, we welcome your application.

Univar Solutions is a global company, and our business language is English. Therefore, we expect you to be fluent in both spoken and written English. Understanding other Nordic languages is a plus, as we work closely with our Nordic colleagues.
