The Position 

 

As our new Team Lead, you will do people management, culture building, continuous improvement activities and take an active part in the daily work. You will break old patterns and build new ones adapted to the current tools at hand. Yes, it will take time. It will not be achieved overnight, but making consistent changes over time will get us there.  

 
Areas of responsibility 

  • Manage a team of currently 6 Customer Service Representatives 

  • Breaking down central strategy to regionally execute and deliver on the targets 

  • Analyze data and use a data driven approach to continuous improvement 

  • Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders in the EMEA customer service organization, the commercial teams, the operational teams, and the Nordic leadership team 

  • Report to Customer Service Manager for Nordics 

  • Add your own spice to the mix 

 

About you

 

  • Experience in a similar role as a leader within a customer service department, or equivalent.  

  • Experienced in project management, continuous improvement and/ or change management.  

  • Proven can-do attitude, and a healthy dose of power of initiative. 

  • Solution oriented and pragmatic. 

  • Confident in your people first leadership and building healthy, productive teams 

  • Great communications skills and easy to collaborate with. 
     

 

Qualifications & Skills

You have some previous leadership, formal or informal experience, either by leading team(s) or individuals. You collaborate and work very well with others and are not afraid to take initiative and propose new ways of working. On top of that you are good at organize, plan and structure your work tasks.  

 

  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.  

  • Fluent in English and Native in either Swedish, Danish or Norwegian language  

  • Professional experience/knowledge of various IT tools and Microsoft packages (Excel, Outlook, Word, Ppt). ERP/SAP experience will be a merit as it is our business tool.
