The Recruiter II leads full-cycle recruiting for designated business units, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. This role reports to the Manager of Talent Acquisition.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates using diverse methods, including direct outreach, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques.
• Guide hiring managers through each step of the recruiting process, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and assess qualifications.
• Share market insights and candidate data with stakeholders to inform hiring decisions.
• Lead offer negotiations in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
• Manage background checks and reference verifications.
• Facilitate interview debriefs and ensure consistent follow-up with candidates and hiring teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes and lead talent acquisition projects as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, including exempt-level roles.
• Strong consultative skills and ability to build relationships across all levels.
• Deep understanding of recruiting trends, sourcing strategies, and compliance (e.g., OFCCP).
• Experience working with RPOs or external recruiting partners.
• Skilled in negotiating complex compensation packages.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Where You’ll Work:

• This is a hybrid-based role that will sit in Downers Grove, IL 60515

Pay & Benefits:

• The salary range is $75,000 - $85,000. This role is also eligible for incentive pay.
• The specific salary offered to a candidate may be motivated by a variety of factors including the candidate’s meaningful experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
• Available employee benefits include health, vision, and dental. We also provide 401k matching for retirement and flexible time off.
