Primary Purpose:
The Human Resources Operations Supervisor will be responsible for the effective and consistent coordination and implementation of HR business processes, functions, and procedures. The HR Operations Supervisor will lead a team of HR Coordinators/specialists and keep track of key performance indicators (KPIs) across the portfolio of services, including but not limited to transaction processing, customer support, ensuring SLA are met and hold the team accounting to monthly score cards. Monitor compliance with operational policies and the progress of administrative tasks. Supervisor must communicate and uphold all policies and procedures, participate on project teams as a subject matter expert on HR transactions. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of the team; Monitor and report on department performance; Ensure compliance with company policies and regulation; oversees employee information collection, analysis and reporting; supervises the input of data and ensures data integrity.
  • Participate in strategic planning and goal setting for various business functions, including transaction processing and customer support; Identifies optimal solutions that meet the needs of the HR functions by recommending process improvements, system enhancements and alternatives based on specific needs. 
  • Works across multiple COE’s to ensure process excellence, collaboration, and adherence to established SLA, adheres to Customer service standards
  • Plans, organizes, and coordinates the operations and activities related to the Human Resources (HR) operations and functions; coordinates the work produced by HR Generalists, Specialists and other department staff in order to ensure completion of assigned work
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulation; supports HR staff to resolve human resource problems, interpret HR policies and procedures and recommends effective courses of action.
  • Performs other related duties as required or requested.


Supervisory Responsibility:

  • Oversee a team of HR Coordinators and Specialists
  • Responsible for hiring and performance management of the team 



  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience as an HR operations supervisor or similar role
  • 3-5 years of related HR experience 
  • Hands-on experience implementing operational processes
  • Project management skills
  • Knowledge of operational principles and policies
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Team leadership
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Self-motivated and action orientated


Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

  • Experience with Kronos, and SuccessFactors 
  • Prior HRIS systems experience
