Key Responsibilities and Tasks

In this role, you will be focused on actively hunting for new business, whilst also supporting and growing existing accounts.

 

You will work from our office (Brussels or Blandain + teleworking) and be responsible for :

  • Identifying and qualify new prospects/opportunities and turning them into long term customers
  • Developing our customer portfolio across different industries
  • Creating a great buying experience for customers – from 1st contact to delivery
  • Driving sales activity and achieving clear targets in both revenue and customer engagement
  • Promoting our value proposition to all customers as a platform for growth
  • Understanding and keeping abreast of industry and market trends
  • The role will consist of a split of approximately 80% prospecting, and 20% account management and developing business at existing customers

 

What We Are Looking For

We’re not looking for years and years of sales experience – we’re looking for someone who is self-motivated with energy, enthusiasm, ambition and the drive to succeed in sales.

 

If you already have some commercial experience (in sales, customer service, or another customer-facing role), that’s great – but what really matters is your motivation to learn and grow.

 

You are:

  • Hungry to are: win new business and grow accounts
  • bilingual in French and Dutch - good knowledge of English
  • Curious, disciplined and eager to learn
  • Comfortable setting goals and working hard to achieve them
  • A strong communicator, with the ability to build rapport immediately
  • A strong negotiator and deal closer
