Regional Inventory Control Coordinator
The main responsibilities of the Regional Inventory Control Specialist is to provide overall Inventory Management and Shipment processing supporting 3rd Party warehouse facilities throughout all lines of business. The ability to lead in a dynamic fast paced environment is a must. Primary responsibilities will include the day to day operation of shipments and receipt of materials. You must possess good communication skills, proven decision-making qualities, thought leadership and be able to work with all levels of management.
What You’ll Do:
Adhere to standard Inventory Management and Reconciliation process
- Consignment
- Sub-Contracting
- Tenant
- Aged Inventory
- Physical Inventory and Cycle Count Processes
- Reporting
- Perform standard BW reporting and basic analytics
Process all inbound/outbound shipments
- Vendor and Customer shipments
- Sub-Contracting
- Freight claims
Perform standard BW reporting and basic analytics
Support Business Process Improvement team with ongoing priorities
Support Inventory Management Sarbanes Oxley compliance and risk mitigation
Communicate with purchasing to ensure adequate inventory levels using MRP environment
Develop, support and implement best practices for overall inventory management/business processes
Develop and build relationships within all levels of Supply Chain Network to support all lines of business
- Master data, Sales, Purchasing and Customer Service
- Facility Personnel
Understand and execute terms and conditions of contracts relating to warehouse and/or consignment
Train new employees and Operations personnel on use of SAP and all standard Operations/Inventory procedures
Travel as needed to field facilities to support Operations processes where needed to support training or augment local staff
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Associates degree or equivalent, with applicable experience sufficient.
Minimum of 5-7 years Inventory Control and Warehouse experience
SAP/ERP experience required
Excellent team player and customer service driven
Excellent communication skills
Experience in a transportation/warehouse environment a plus
Experience in a leadership role is a plus
Problem Solving/Trouble shooting experience
Office Management, Administrative, and Accounts Payable experience is a plus.

Pay & Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $min - $mid [and is eligible for incentive pay]
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location
