What You’ll Do

Responsible for leading an awesome customer service team!  Ensuring effective sales order management, assigns work and ensures timely processing and handling of sales orders and customer problems.

 

  • Assists personnel with the handling of customer orders; answers questions and makes recommendations for handling customer problems.
  • Provides service for maintaining current information on back orders; counsels and communicates with customer about order status; releases and processes orders as merchandise arrives.
  • Coordinates the activities of Customer Solutions team with the efforts of our Corporate Account sales team.
  • Provides important training to team regarding basic product knowledge, department sales policies and procedures.
  • Checks and verifies the reasons for processing credit memos, no charge invoices, canceled invoices and other documents.
  • Attends and participates in departments meetings.
  • Prepares and submits reports as directed.

 

What You’ll Need

  • 3 to 5 years of related work experience, college degree preferred not required
  • Experience as a team leader
  • Strong interpersonal skills, mentoring, and team building experience
  • Decision making skills and ability to balance customer needs and company objectives
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of inside sales problems, purchasing, servicing customers, product knowledge and some exposure to outside sales.
  • Microsoft Office
  • SAP experience a strong plus
