Primary Purpose:

The Senior Sales Account Manager will focus on selling natural gas processing chemicals to the Midstream markets.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and grow an existing territory and account base in the Permian Basin.
  • Sell a broad range of process chemicals (methanol, coolants, glycols, amines, molecular sieve, activated carbon, etc.) to the Midstream Natural Gas market in the territory (gas plants, transmission facilities, etc.)
  • The business requires selling on a commercial & technical level
  • Prospect for and develop new opportunities at existing accounts, as well as develop new accounts
  • Handle pricing, trouble shooting, new product and service introductions, etc.
  • Communicate efficiently with management, suppliers, and customers and develop the sales strategy for the territory
  • Efficiently use a CRM program to lead territory and account information

 

What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years of chemical sales experience to the midstream market is ideal
  • A college degree is desired or equivalent work experience
  • Adaptable and demonstrates strong work ethic with the initiative to work independently
  • A track record of sales success. High energy with the capacity to handle a large volume of activity
  • Excellent problem solving and consultative selling skills
  • Strong organization skills with proficiency to handle a complex workload and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to travel upto 40%

 

Where You’ll Work:

This is a home based role in Oklahoma City, OK.

 

Pay and Benefits:
