Solvent Product Coordinator will work collaboratively with Product Solvent Manager to include communication on a daily basis with Sales Team/ administration / communication with Support and contracts team, detailed report analysis of Open Order report, QA Management and set up daily interaction with Sales Team to drive profitability and growth.

What You’ll Do

Supports Solvent Product Manager and local commercial teams to help drive margin and sales growth within large market district. Serves as a key resource for tactical execution and day-to-day commercial interface.

Deliverables:

• Supports Solvent Product Manager in the business performance analysis process (lost business, GAP analysis, opportunity pipeline management, data mining)

• Daily / Sales Order Report Review

• Weekly specific reports review related to Solvent Growth / Loss by Account Manager/ Accounts.
• Maintain QA arrangement and review/ implementation and Vendor set up as needed.
• Support/ CUPS review with CUPS/ Support team for accurate support/ review and renewal of expired supports as needed.
• Various projects as detailed to include Admin. / Review/ drive and complete Solvent Growth Programs as needed.
• Daily interaction with Sales Manager and Account Manager on competitive activity.
• Daily interaction with our Supplier Base on Support requests to include communication, implementation and tracking as needed.
• Assist DSM with RFQ Bids/ Seasonal as needed.
• Implementation and review of Solvent Blends/ cost review as needed.
• Weekly R/C Detention review/ action items.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

• Strong understanding of SAP/ Tableau is preffered

• Broad chemical distribution knowledge is preffered.

• Proficiency in MS office applications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and in writing

• Ability to handle diverse workload

• Strong organizational skills
