As part of the Pharma team, you will coordinate sales activities and product range management at the national level in order to contribute to the achievement of the company's sales targets.

Main responsibilities :

• Ensure the development of existing product ranges by maintaining regular and effective contact with suppliers/customers;
• Strengthen supplier relationships to add value to the product range you will be responsible for;
• Be proactive in seeking out new suppliers and products in order to best meet the needs of our customers and be the most competitive on the market;
• Ensure the growth of gross margin through effective negotiation with suppliers/customers and the development of a sales strategy in line with market prices;
• Ensure an inventory management policy in line with the company's objectives and customer expectations/needs;
• Develop sales materials and catalogs;
• Promote the visibility of our product ranges on various digital media;
• Support the sales and technical teams in developing sales;
• Ensure that information collected from suppliers and the sales network is updated, processed, and analyzed.

Profile: 

• Ideally, you have a Master's degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy. 
• You have at least two years' experience in a similar position or in the chemical ingredients distribution sector.
• Knowledge of SAP software.
• You have already worked in international matrix environments.
• You are fluent in French and English. 
• You are highly motivated, enjoy getting involved in topics, and demonstrate curiosity and enthusiasm
• You are rigorous and organized, with strong analytical and synthesis skills
• You have solid communication and collaboration skills and are a quick learner.
