We have an exciting opportunity for Assistant Produit EMEA to join our international team across Ingredients & Specialties division. You will support the European and Local Product Management team in the tactical activities required for consolidating admin functions with cross-multifunctional coordination, as well as in the effective alignment with other parts of the business including the Local Sales, Suppliers, Customer Services, Supply Chain, Operations, Regulatory and MDM teams.
Reporting to the Product Manager, you will ensure pricing is correct and all product information and data are up to date, which is integral to the success of this portfolio.
Responsabilities:

- Manage the new supplier set-up procedure by coordinating all data received,
- Manage the product code set-up procedure from beginning to end, including SharePoint upload, raising information in the portal, and chasing up internal teams and external partners.
- Supplier complaint creation concerning product quality issues into SAP & follow-up (it requires multiple coordination internal and external, liaising with Supplier, Regulatory, Commercial, and Operational teams and recording in SAP, following the whole complaint investigation process and sharing the results with European and Local PMs
- Regulatory request on SDS, Sales Spec, TDS, LTSD, and additional documents to support the team
- Maintenance and update Q pricing, implementing increases or decreases based on supplier moves
- Monthly Transfer price update, price list guidance to regions
- Regular maintenance of products and suppliers’ data ownership
Requirements:
- Preferably a university degree in Economics/Business Administration / Marketing / Chemical Sciences.
- Business mindset, detail-oriented.
- Product, market, and commercial experience or knowledge.
- Able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and cross-functional coordination skills (including presentations)
- Experience in data interpretation, development and report generation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and take on new tasks with high level of difficulty.
- Meeting targets and willingly accepting additional challenges.
- Preferably with high knowledge of SAP.
- MS Office experience required.
- Operational autonomy, excellent planning and organizational skills, ability to work by priorities.
- High motivation, willingness to get involved, curiosity, enthusiasm, open-mindedness, and ability to work in both a local and international context.
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive to take initiatives.
- Excellent level of English, French is also a great asset
