We are looking for a motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our company!

Supply Chain Manager will have to demonstrate strong leadership qualities with an ability to manage the logistics and flow of goods, services, and information within the supply chain.  Our ideal candidate is responsible for developing efficient strategies to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to customers, while optimizing cost and quality. Supply Chain Manager must have strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

What You’ll Do

• address stock levels by optimizing purchases, reporting and requesting actions;
• maintain all updated operating metrics;
• prepare reporting and KPI updates for internal assessments and EMEA requests;
• handle complaints with suppliers and customers for own part of responsibility;
• manage non-conformities within own responsibility;
• manage and lead supply chain team;
• plan, develop and implement strategies for supply chain management;
• identify areas for improvement in supply chain processes;
• analyze and monitor supply chain data to identify areas for cost reduction;
• work closely with other departments to ensure that all processes are integrated to achieve the best outcomes;
• ensures that people on the team provide the appropriate support to officers and communicate effectively and regularly.

What You’ll Need

• Master's degree in business or management engineering;
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Manager role;
• excellent knowledge of Office package (especially Excel) and management system;
• Fluent English (written and spoken);
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Strong leadership ability;
• Good problem solving skills;
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking;
• Ability to work in a team environment;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Extremely structured and focused on execution, growth and development;
