We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Office Manager to join our company!

The Sales Office Manager will have to demonstrate strong and capable leadership qualities with an ability to resolve customer inquiries. Our ideal customer service manager will know how to supervise and mentor other customer service representatives by teaching them industry best practices, offering feedback, and establishing measurable customer satisfaction goals.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Increases customer satisfaction based on customer needs.
  • Achieves agreed upon performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Leads, manages, and coordinates the customer service office team.
  • Ensures compliance with group policies, all company procedures, and legislative requirements.
  • Builds strong and proactive relationships with customers to generate growth opportunities and ensure the
  • customer retention
  • Manages and coordinates order performance against agreed goals.
  • Ensures that pricing is correct and updated regularly.
  • Monitors the proper use of company tools by his/her staff to ensure the accuracy of data in the company systems.
  • Ensures that people on the team provide the appropriate support to officers and communicate effectively and regularly.

What You’ll Need

  • Master's degree in business or management engineering
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Sales Office Manager role and demonstrated experience in customer service
  • Strong understanding of customer service software and excellent knowledge of Office package (especially Excel)
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Remarkable interpersonal skills
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with management techniques as well as people management and performance aptitude.
  • Ability to meet and exceed customer needs
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Extremely structured and focused on execution, growth and development
