Primary Purpose:
To provide the quality services required by current customer, potential customers, as well as the commercial team at Univar Solutions, in addition to the sales work, ranging from simple information to detailed guidance sought to achieve complete satisfaction and preference to the services provided by the company.
What you will do:
Responsible for order management and delivery tracking.
Records customer orders and changes.
Scheduling of deliveries requested by the customer.
Store and maintain the information on SAP.
Keep database up to date.
Transmit with integrity to the client to reflect corporate values of the organization.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
What you will need:
- Work experience: Desirable 1-2 years in Customer Service area
- Education: Degree or equivalent experience or Technical degree (Administration, Economic or Chemistry)
- Experience in Customer orientation, desirable knowledge of sales techniques, planning and organization
- English skills: 50% (Reading and writing)
- SAP knowledge (1 year experience)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, plan, coordinate and meet deadlines
- Experience initiating process improvements and contributing to projects
- Basic transaction required: ZOTCCSCR
