PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Provide the quality services required by the current customer, potential customer, and commercial team of Univar Solutions, as a complement to the sales work, ranging from simple information to detailed guidance aimed at achieving their complete satisfaction and preference to the service provided by the company..

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Responsible for order management and delivery tracking.
  • Record customer orders and changes.
  • Scheduling of deliveries requested by the customer.
  • Store and maintain documentation on SAP.
  • Maintain and update database.
  • Ensure excellent customer service client to reflect Univar corporate values.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Administration, Economy, or Chemistry preferred)or the equivalent in related work experience.
  • (1-2) years of experience in Customer Service.(Customer orientation or sales preferred)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, and time management skills with the capacity to handle diverse and significant requirements in fast paced and time-sensitive situations.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for interface and collaboration with other internal and external clients.
  • 1 year experience using SAP preferred
  • Brings a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced work environment.
  • 50% Reading and Writing English skills.

  • This is a hybrid opportunity, 2 days in the office, and 3 days working from home. Office location: Tule
