Nordic E-commerce Coordinator 

Do you have enough experience of E-commerce to take on a real challenge? This is not for the faint hearted. Univar Solutions is implementing a new position in the Nordic Sales and Commercial organization, a Nordic E-commerce Coordinator. And we need your help to create this position and make it a success. Join a global market leading chemical distributor and make your mark!

The Position

As our new Nordic E-commerce Coordinator, your objective is to take the central digital strategy, and bring it into the local Nordic organization, executing it in whatever way you see fit. This is where your experience comes in. We need you to be self-reliant enough know what your first point of order will be. The E-commerce function is at the heart of our long-term strategy to grow and evolve Univar Solutions. You have a central team to collaborate and exchange ideas with, as well as colleagues on-site in Malmo who are committed to taking the digital agenda to the next level. The primary focus for you is to convert customers from traditional buying behavior to self-serve through our web shop, thereby bringing down our cost-to-serve.  

Areas of responsibility

• Breaking down central strategy to regionally execute and deliver on the targets.
• Convert customers
• Shaping the new position and setting up relevant KPI:s
• Analyze data related to the customers and web shop
• Closely collaborate with the commercial organization, customer service, the central digital team, and the Nordic leadership team
• Report to Head of Sales and Commercial

Qualifications 

• Relevant experience in a similar role as E-commerce coordinator, or similar. 
• Relevant educational background.
• Technically well versed, and curious. 
• Proven can-do attitude, and a healthy dose of power of initiative.
• Solution oriented and pragmatic.
• Great communications skills, and easy to collaborate with.
• English, and a Nordic language
