What does an Account Manager do at Univar Solutions?
Simply put, you drive sales to meet you budget and build long-lasting relationships to your customers.
You have a lot of room to try new things to fulfil the responsibility handed to you with the product portfolio and the customer base. Through customer analysis, it is up to you to set the plan and take action to drive growth.
The products in your portfolio include premium sustainable lubricants from Shell. In addition to products, Univar Solutions also offers services and added value.
In this hybrid position, your time is split between traveling to customer and working at the office. At the office in Malmö, you find the Nordic headquarter with 80 colleagues in different business units and teams. We have a wide variety of backgrounds and span all generations of the current job market.
Who might you be?
We imagine that you are technically curious and experienced in B2B sales. You are committed to professionalizing your career and take the next step.
To be successful in this job, we expect you to be alert, disciplined, a fast learner, and curious. You have experience in setting goals for yourself and working at it until you reach those goals – grit.
What else? Since communication is key to this position, full professional proficiency in Swedish is a requirement, as well as confidence in English (written and spoken). You also need a valid driver’s licence.
What does the team look like?
The team is geographically spread across all the Nordic countries, with your manager based in Finland. Our head office is located in the center of Malmoe, and this is where you find our biggest office, covering the Nordic central functions. Aside from the members of your team and your manager, You will also have the support of your colleagues in the business unit, on site at the office, and in the digital spere.
