Purpose of Role
To assist Sales & Product Management team in developing product portfolios to maximize profit and achieve agreed targets. This role reports directly to the Regional Business Manager
Main Responsibilities & Authorities
› Support the product managers in keeping the product portfolio correctly set up and up to date (Tableau, SFDC, SAP)
› Interfacing with sales teams to ensure that they are aware of product specifications, availability and pricing.
› Support sales teams with doumentation during their field activities.
› Working with the Product Management team in order to develop pricing strategies and feedback market information from sales.
› Managing sample process with stock controls, supplier communication, sample orders to suppliers and customers, and follow up at SFDC with close relationship with sales team.
› Managing your own portfolio if applicable
› Providing commercial product and market updates
› Managing price mechanisms by company tool Q
› New supplier/products/customer set ups
› Managing products related customer complains and internal non-compliance issues.
› Organising documentation for indent customers
› Ensure strong relationships with all internal functions and external contacts
› To comply with all company processes, policies and guidelines
Success Measures
› The achievement of agreed Key Performance Indicators
› The achievement of agreed margin budgets if applicable
› The development and maintenance of positive and effective internal and external relationships
› The quality and accuracy of information provided
› The level of market knowledge, including industries and their requirements, product routes to market and competitor activity
Qualifications
› Minimum education: a university degree in Business Administration or Engineering, or equivalent is seen as advantageous.
› Experience: Previous experience (1-2 years) in similar tasks (main responsibilities) is seen as advantageous. Understanding of working in an international environment. A desire to work in a B2B environment, be eager to learn and to help us expand our business. Experience of working in Excel is essential for this role.
› Languages: Fluent in English written and spoken.
