Duties

 

We currently have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our high performing European Corporate Accounts (CA) team. The role is responsible for delivering the CA strategy at a customer level, building & maintaining relationships with multi-national strategic Customers, creating and delivering value while successfully developing business profitability.

 

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

 

  • To deliver sustainable volume and GP growth across multi-national, corporate customers across EMEA.
  • Be customer facing and develop strong (high, wide and deep) multi-level relationships across the customer.
  • Be influential and creative, be an effective negotiator, have strong commercial acumen to build & deliver a growth plan.
  • Be a facilitator, organised and able to build a pipeline and execute opportunities at customers.
  • Be driven & have a passion for sales, exceeding targets and winning.
  • Understand Univar Solutions cross functionally and navigate with efficiency and pace.
  • Be numerate, have the ability to analyse and interpret data and be an effective user of our systems (Tableau, SFDC, Q).
  • Be a team player, effective facilitator across all levels in EMEA & execute global customer strategies to leverage our significant scale to deliver value at our customers.

We Are Looking For

 

A true sales professional with excellent communication skills & who excels at building effective customer relationships. As an experienced and proven Key Account Manager / Sales Manager, you will have the necessary abilities to deliver sustainable growth at key customers across all the growth levers. Commercially astute and a proven sales or commercial track record are essential for this role.
