Shipping Clerk – FloChem Division

Guelph, ON  

About the position:

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Shipping/Receiving Clerk is responsible for the administrative tasks within the warehouse and tank farm.

What you’ll do:

• Manage purchase orders (PO) to include receiving, put away, scanning, and uploading bulk products
• Assist with inventory adjustments
• Handling all inbound and outbound shipment paperwork, railcar paperwork, tracking and placement
• Tote tracking, labelling, and retirement/unretired
• Process order receipts and completion
• Credit memos
• Daily bulk cycle count reconciliation

What we would like from you:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in operations/warehouse (bulk or package goods)
• Strong organizational, mathematical, computer and clerical skills 
• Demonstrated proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office suite preferred
