What You’ll Do


Purpose of this role is to facilitate instructor led training for new hires and conducting on-going training for current employees within the Customer Solutions organization. The focus will be on conducting training needs for new hires and current employees, set-up learning assessments to ensure new hires are on target on their new hire journey. Will evaluate strengths and weaknesses for new hires. Updating training materials and conduct training for new programs as needed. The scope of the role focuses on Customer Solutions CSRs, Sales Support Representatives, and Billing Representatives.

  • Delivers new hire training (face-to-face or through a remote system)
  • Coaches new hires through training
  • Collects and evaluates feedback from new hires during and after training
  • Maintains current records of completed training activities
  • Assists with communications, manual revisions, and maintenance of training materials
  • Maintains and updates training documentation
  • Update and maintains the training schedule calendar on training site
  • Assist in updating the Knowledge Sites, such as SharePoint
  • Works closely with the new hire’s Supervisor for feedback on the new hire
  • Bi-weekly check-ins with each new hire to assess and evaluate
  • Create training videos, presentations, and work-aids for training as needed
  • Partners with hiring manager to give feedback on new hires
  • Provides feedback on new hire to Supervisor during training class
  • Teams up with the assigned mentor for each new hire to review the mentor program
  • When needed makes updated to the mentor program
  • Works closely with the mentor to ensure the new hire is on track to be completed with the training program
  • Completes 60, 90, and 120 days check-ins with new hires
  • Monthly check-ins with Supervisors on needed refresher topics for team
  • Completed refreshers as needed with teams
  • Proactively drive new content development based on Supervisor feedback
  • Assists with monthly Knowledge Builder Series with different departments
  • Main point of contact for new hires to answer training questions

What You’ll Need

  • 2 – 4 years Training Experience Specialized Knowledge/Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in communicating professionally through all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrate verbal, written and virtual communication savvy.
  • Strong general software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Snagit, OneNote, SharePoint, and Salesforc.com) with interest in learning new applications
  • Excellent Power Point skills
  • Strong understanding of SAP, Order-to-cash, and end to end process
  • Ability to work with a geographically dispersed team with minimal supervision
