What You’ll Do

The Disputes Management Team is responsible for running the flow of invoice disputes between Accounts Receivables, Customer Solutions, Operations, and other functional teams; this scope includes ensuring dispute resolution as well as holding these functional teams accountable to execute root cause resolution efforts. Each Dispute Management Analyst will execute in-depth review of assigned disputes, identifying necessary updates within SAP and leading this resolution from start to finish. Through highlighting root cause trending and results, the Analyst will be expected to serve as a liaison to drive broad organizational accountability in all departments and propose changes to standard operating procedures to optimize the customer invoice cycle. This position reports to the Manager, Disputes Management.


What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of Customer Solutions, A/R, Purchasing or Commercial/Sales experience in a distribution environment desired
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time, coordinate and set priorities
  • Shown success in problem solving with cross-functional teams and various departments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Tableau and Salesforce preferred
  • Demonstrated Process Diagnostics and Root Cause Analysis
