The Senior Compensation Analyst will assist in the design, development, administration and implementation of compensation programs, policies, structures and practices for the organization. This individual will participate in compensation surveys, prepare reports, perform research and analysis and assist with the coordination and implementation of annual compensation activities. The Senior Compensation Analyst will be responsible for providing support to business units on all aspects of compensation.



  • Support in the development, communication and distribution of compensation programs including salary administration, annual salary increases, incentive programs and job leveling
  • Responsible for consulting and advising HR Business Partners regarding compensation policy interpretation, new hire offers, market analysis, job evaluation and other compensation projects and initiatives
  • Compile compensation survey results and assist with the development of competitive pay programs based on survey findings
  • Analyze and manage annual salary review process globally. Identifies appropriate metrics to report to stakeholders.
  • Performs other related duties as required or requested.
  • Experience with Compensation Modeling 



  • Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical skills
  • Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables and other formulas
  • Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors and/or PayScale a plus.
  • Strong Project Management and Communication Skills 



  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Finance or Business Administration preferred but Bachelor's required
  • 5+ years’ experience in Compensation
  • Experience in survey participation and market data analysis
  • CCP Certification preferred
