Senior Treasury Analyst:

The Senior Treasury Analyst will be a key member of Treasury, and will provide the analytical support for several key Treasury processes including foreign exchange, debt management, letters of credit, and inter-company loans. In addition, they will be a back-up for daily cash management positioning and will interact with the Finance, Tax and Accounting teams across the Company.

What You'll Do:

• Manage cash positioning and cash forecasting process for North America and Europe, including wire payments.
• Support global FX hedging function, collecting, and aggregating FX exposure data from forecasts and balance sheet sources for analysis and management reporting.
• Develop weekly FX trading file for all hedging programs and manage trade settlement process.
• Manage and monitor bank fees.
• Manage daily and monthly reporting of cash and debt balances.
• Assist with debt management related activities including interest expense tracking and quarterly compliance reporting.
• Save cash related backup for accounting and perform online administration for several banking platform.
• Support inter-company loan administration function including interest rate resets, payment tracking and other reporting requirements.
• Provide support on letter of credit process including issuance and monthly reconciliations with the business divisions.
• Work with Assistant Treasurer and Treasurer on ad-hoc analysis and other treasury related initiatives.

What You Need:

• 4+ years experience in corporate treasury, banking, finance or accounting
• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA or CTP preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience in treasury operations (international is a plus)
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• A self-starter with strong personal integrity; detail oriented and organized
• Familiarity with bank processes and products
• Ability to work well in collaboration with others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• This is a hybrid-based role that will report out of our Downers Grove, IL location.
