Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting:

The Senior Accountant – Financial Reporting is a key role and member within the Corporate Controller group that supports the financial reporting process by working on the preparation of financial reports in compliance with lender reporting requirements, which are similar to SEC reporting requirements. While the role is primarily focused on the lender reporting requirements, this role will also participate in the global consolidation financial close process, analysis of consolidated financial statements, and assist with other technical accounting matters.

What You'll Do:

• Preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements, related footnotes, and MD&A
• Assist with preparation of quarterly lender presentations and management communications
• Review the completeness and accuracy of financial data submitted for quarterly and annual reporting
• Support the corporate consolidation financial close process, analyze the consolidated financial statements, and maintain effective internal controls
• Partner with and provide financial information to other groups within the Company including Treasury, Legal, Tax, and FP&A
• Assist with technical accounting research and analysis. Provide guidance to other groups within the Company and help implement changes or updates where appropriate
• Key point of contact for the annual audit process with the internal/external auditors 
• Assist in submitting governmental reports 
• Perform other related duties as required or requested

What You'll Need:

• ​​​​Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA preferred
• 3+ years accounting experience (prefer public accounting and SEC filing experience)
• Strong accounting and reporting (US GAAP) knowledge
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to influence people and processes without direct responsibility
• Ability to prioritize, plan, coordinate and meet deadlines
• Experience working with OneStream and Workiva preferred
