Assistant Treasurer:

Assistant Treasurer, reporting to the Corporate Treasurer, is a highly visible corporate treasury position that will assist with capital structure, cash, debt, liquidity, financial risk management, and corporate banking relationships including rating agencies. This position will not only need experience in this space but also willing to roll up their sleeves and be actively involved in the day to day.

What You'll Do:

• Manage global cash management activities, including coordinating day-to-day cash movements between accounts, cash positioning and forecasting, foreign exchange and interest rate hedging, and global funding
• Design and implement corporate finance strategies focused on capital structure and find opportunities to lower our weighted average cost of capital
• Manage short and long term liquidity requirements
• Maintain overall capital structure, including compliance with all lender deliverables and debt covenants
• Assist in the optimization of overall capital structure through various financing initiatives
• Responsible for leasing and funding of tractors and trailers, and IT equipment’s including sourcing new financing partners
• Calculate and report interest expense and interest paid for each tranche of debt instrument
• Responsible for borrowing base calculations and submissions, and timely delivery of the report
• Partner with broader finance function to monitor cash and debt levels, including cash flow forecasting
• Identify and implement operational improvement initiatives to drive efficiency in treasury management processes
• Develop presentations for lenders, rating agencies and Private Equity sponsors

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• 10 years of relevant experience in treasury, finance, or international banking is required
• Advanced modeling skills and ability to analyze, interpret, and organize large quantities of data
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills are required
• Proven ability to turn through leadership and strategy into execution plans and results
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Must be able to work with diverse, cross-functional teams across multiple geographies 
• MBA / CTP Preferred
