Account Manager

The Position
With this job, you get a unique opportunity to work with the premium products of Shell Lubricants as Univar Solutions has the exclusive right to distribute their products. You will serve the market in the area around Stockholm, Mälardalen, with your primary customers found in the Automotive segment.
You will hit the road and spend your days by visiting our wonderful customers' car workshops, car spare parts dealers and car dealerships. Your mission is to give them the best service and advise them on the choice of lubricants.
That will include:
- Building and maintaining your sales pipeline.
- Planning, booking, and holding customer meetings.
- Contact with relevant colleagues to solve customers' needs.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have hands-on experience from B2B sales. You are used to advising customers, booking, and performing customer meetings, and you are fluent in both Swedish and English.
As you know, in sales it is important to be persistent and have an inner drive along with a great deal of curiosity. Above all, we believe that you want to learn more about our products, and that you get a kick from converting opportunities into new businesses. You have a structured approach to your work, and you stay focused on delivering results over time. You thrive when you get to be responsible for and drive your own work forward. We also believe that you are a skilled communicator who knows the art of listening and creating long-term relationships.
Psst.. If you by any chance have experience selling lubricants or have a background in the automotive industry, that would be a great bonus - but not a requirement.
What does the team look like?
We work in a Nordic organization, it means that you will find your ten immediate teammates spread across Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway. The Nordic HQ is in Malmö, where you find our Customer Service, Supply Chain and Logistics teams. Your Sales Manager is based in Copenhagen.
