Job Summary – Purpose of Role
Responsible for specialist defined tasks, primarily Intercompany, Root Cause investigations, Legals, Direct debit vendors, One off accounts and the full T & E process.
Responsibilities & Duties

Interco- to ensure all processed and reporting on Interco for both AP & AR, monthly meeting with PL
-
Running of reports, this could include; unallocated, duplicates & obsoletes, vat exceptions, site reminders, personal expenses/credit cards (month end processes), KPI reports, vim statistics reports, volume reports (home vs office),

ERNI/TRNI/GRNI investigations- working closely with GL to reduce aged for the whole of AP

To manage the travel expense process in its entirety

To manage any direct debit accounts , ensuring all invoices received in advance of payments taken and all reconciliation’s produced.

To manage the First vendor check in full ensuring all invoices are checked and vendors advised of any amendments required.

To manage and report on the documents to site contacting all vendors to ensure we receive documents directly to AP
-
Managing all one off accounts ensuring chased and prompt payments made

Change requests to COA- to review and ensure sent promptly to IT for upload

Any Adhoc requests
Qualifications & Skills
-
Experience in a high-volume AP team, with a detailed understanding of AP best practices, systems, controls and procedures.

Knowledge of & ability to perform all AP tasks.

Be open to Experience of new technologies for Invoice processing.

Understand and assist delivery of process improvement.

Competence in using Microsoft Office (Word; PowerPoint; Excel; Outlook; Visio).

European Languages is an advantage.
