Are you willing to take on new challenges and do you have high energy with a desire to learn? As the Business Process Analyst, you will serve a meaningful role on our Customer Solutions team by partnering with CS leaders to identify, standardize, and document processes. You will mentor and train employees on system processes and deliver training programs to team members. You will act as the primary liaison for system and process questions, provide an ongoing pulse on system bugs and issues and update training materials.

 

A day in your new career:

 

  • Works directly with the XRM & GP Product Owners, Senior CSM, and CSM’s to determine appropriate system updates that align with ChemPoint’s business model
  • Partners with business unit leaders and team members to identify and detail standard processes. Evaluate the efficiency and make recommendations for process improvements where appropriate.
  • Provide onboarding training to new CS employees. Conducts ongoing system training as needed.
  • Monitor, audit, and report on CS workload as needed. Assists in the maintenance of automated reports in partnership with the BI team.
  • Partner with leaders to supervise the progress of new hires and assess the performance to demonstrate the impact of effective training and development.
  • Develop content for ongoing training programs. Updates all training materials, including documents and videos.

 

Desired background and skills:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree from a fully accredited four-year institution or equivalent work experience is required
  • 2-3 years experience in performing business analysis and presenting trends, options, and recommendations. Training experience is a strong plus but not required.
  • Knowledge and experience working with MS Office Suite, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Continuous Improvement attitude using proven methodologies to drive outcomes.
  • Detailed knowledge of internal processes and basic functions of all internal teams
  • Passionate about mentoring and helping others succeed
  • Values open and constant communication with other ChemPoint employees

  • Self-motivated with the ability to self-manage and work independently on a day-to-day basis
